The MyPractice app integrates with BP Premier by Best Practice and Pracsoft/Clinical by Medical Director. We are official partners of Best Practice and Medical Director.

How does the MyPractice app connect to a patients file?

A plugin is installed on a practice’s server. When using the app, the patient verifies their identity through their mobile number and DOB.

How do patients download the MyPractice app?

Patients can download the MyPractice app from the Apple or Google Play store.

How does MyPractice store patient data?

We are committed to protecting the privacy of personal and health information provided to us. The collection and use of personal and health information is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Importantly, the app does not store any medical data such as escripts and results. This data is stored within a practice’s practice management system.

What security measures are in place to protect patient data?

We have put in place industry-standard, business-tailored physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of patient data. Examples include access controls, secure data storage and auditing procedures.

Is there a cost for practices to use MyPractice?
